Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Trail of Trades private beta.
Eligibility and accounts
The private beta is limited to invited users age 18 or older. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.
Marketplace role
Trail of Trades provides tools for users to list, discover, message about, offer on, buy, sell and trade items. During the current beta, real-money checkout and platform shipping labels are not enabled unless the app expressly says otherwise.
User responsibilities
- List only items you own or are authorized to sell.
- Describe condition, authenticity and material defects accurately.
- Follow all laws, carrier rules and the Prohibited Items Policy.
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, evasion of platform safeguards, or unlawful activity.
Content and moderation
You retain ownership of your listing content, but grant Trail of Trades permission to display it for operating the marketplace. We may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce marketplace rules or protect users.
Beta status
Features can change, fail, or be removed during testing. Do not send money, ship goods, or rely on prototype checkout screens unless the app clearly states that a transaction is live.
Changes
Material policy changes will be versioned. Continued use after a required re-acceptance means you accepted the updated terms.
