Private Beta Rules
Private beta version · Effective October 6, 2026
The beta is intentionally small so we can test marketplace behavior before turning on real money.
United States only
The initial beta is limited to U.S. sellers, U.S. delivery addresses and U.S.-dollar transactions.
Invite-only
Each invite is intended for one tester. Testers must be at least 18 years old and use their own account.
No real-money assumption
Checkout, buyer protection, payouts and shipping-label screens may be prototypes. Do not pay or ship solely because a beta screen says an order was placed.
Test responsibly
Use realistic but lawful listings. Do not upload sensitive documents, payment-card numbers, passwords, illegal content, or another person’s private information.
Feedback
Use the Beta feedback button for bugs and ideas and the Report listing action for safety issues.
These beta policies are operational rules for Trail of Trades and are not a substitute for individualized legal or tax advice. They will be reviewed again before public launch and before real-money transactions are enabled.
